Expressions of Hps and bFGF in cervical cancer

摘要 目的:探讨Hps(heparanase,乙酰肝素酶)和bFGF(basic fibroblast growth factor,碱性成纤维细胞生长因子)与宫颈癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法:取该院宫颈癌住院手术患者组织标本89例、宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)41例、正常宫颈组织35例,采用免疫组化SP法对Hps和bFGF的表达进行检测。结果:宫颈癌组织中Hps和bFGF的免疫积分明显高于宫颈CIN组织及正常宫颈组织。而在CIN和正常宫颈组织间比较差异无统计学意义。Hps和bFGF的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、血管浸润和淋巴结转移有关。结论:Hps和bFGF可能在宫颈癌的发生、发展及预后中起着重要作用。 Objective:To explore the relationship between heparanase(Hps),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) and the occurrence,development and prognosis of cervical cancer. Methods:89 samples of cervical cancer tissues,41 samples of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) tissues and 35 samples of normal cervical tissues were selected,immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expressions of Hps and bFGF. Results:The immune scores of Hps and bFGF in cervical cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in CIN tissues and normal cervical tissues.But there was no significant difference between CIN tissues and normal cervical tissues.The expressions of Hps and bFGF were related to clinical stages,vascular invasion and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion:Hps and bFGF may play important roles in the occurrence,development and prognosis of cervical cancer.
