复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗58例支气管肺炎患儿的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus in assisted treatment of 58 children with bronchial pneumonia

目的:探讨复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字法将114例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组56例给予常规治疗;观察组在此基础上,采用复合脉冲磁性治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者的咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间和平均住院天数。结果:观察组与对照组相比,咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音消失时间和平均住院天数明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复合脉冲磁性治疗仪辅助治疗支气管肺炎具有起效快、疗效好、无不良反应、无创伤、无痛苦、操作简便等优点,患儿易于接受,增强患儿抵抗力,减少肺炎复发率,避免了抗生素不良反应及院内交叉感染的发生,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus in assisted treatment of bronchial pneumonia. Methods：114 children with bronchial pneumonia were divided into observation group and control group randomly by random number method,56 children in control group were treated with routine treatment;while the children in observation group were treated with complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus on the basis of routine treatment;the disappearance times of cough,wheeze and pulmonary rales and the average hospitalization times in the two groups were compared. Results：Compared with control group,the disappearance times of cough,wheeze and pulmonary rales and the average hospitalization time in observation group shortened obviously,there was significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：Complex pulse magnetic therapeutic apparatus has the advantages of quick action,good clinical efficacy,no adverse reaction,no invasion,no pain and simplicity,and it is easy to be accepted by the children,which can enhance the resistance of children,reduce the recurrence rate of bronchial pneumonia and avoid the occurrence of adverse reactions of antibiotics and hospital cross-infection,the method is worthy to be popularized.
