摘要
对从长庆油田石油污土壤中培养、驯化、筛选的优势菌种的除油和生长条件进行了研究,发现该菌种适合的pH值为7-8.5;所需营养物质氮、磷最佳比为4:1;适应最大石油污染浓度为2000mg/L。
Selected the pollution soil from the Changqing oil field,the cultivation,domestication,selection of the predominant bacteria in the degreasing and growth conditions were studied.The experimental results indicated that the strain were efficient pH under of 7~8.5,the best the ratio of nitrogen/phosphorus was 4:1,which can afford the maximum concentration of oil pollution was 2000mg/L.
