摘要
针对目前我国建设项目成本管理中存在的主要问题,提出将质量管理中的PDCA模式、多目标综合优化的优化算法和模糊数学等应用到建设项目的成本管理,形成面向建设项目生命周期的全面成本管理。
Based on the major problems existing in the construction project cost management,the paper proposes that PDCA recycle model,multiple objective optimization algorithm and fuzzy mathematics should be applied to the construction project cost management to ensure the effectiveness of cost management.And at last the life cycle comprehensive cost management system is established.
