摘要
由于我国烟草企业存在着人才竞争程度不高、绩效考核体系不够科学、工资福利制度不完善等问题,制约了员工工作潜能的激发。文章基于激励理论,认为烟草企业应该完善人才竞争、绩效考核、薪酬管理激励机制,不断加强员工培训、创新企业文化,为员工工作潜能的开发提供有力的支持,以提高员工的工作积极性,从而释放出他们的内在潜能,使之成为烟草行业发展的重要创新点。
Because that in China Tobacco the competition for talent is not high,performance appraisal system is not scientific,issues such as wages and benefits system is imperfect,the employee's potential stimulation has been restricted.The paper based on the motivational theory,that the tobacco enterprises should improve talent competition,performance examining and salary incentives,strengthen staffs training,innovative corporate culture constantly,offer strong support for development of staff's working latent energy,in order to improve the staff's working enthusiasm,thus release their inherent latent energy,make its important innovation,that becomes tobacco enterprise's development clicked.
