摘要
以开放理念和现代信息技术为支撑的现代远程开放教育是构建终身学习体系、建设学习型社会的主要手段和重要途径。调整办学功能,强化开放教育办学特色,提升服务能力,以开放大学的整体功能,有效服务于终身教育的社会需求,将是开放远程教育在未来发展的必然趋势,也是作为中国开放大学的电大在新时期理应肩负的责任与使命。
Modern distance open education supported open concept and modern information technology is the main means and important way of constructing life-long learning system and building learning society.Adjusting school-running function,strengthening school-running characteristic of open education,promoting service ability,effectively serving social needs of life-long education with overall function of Open University will be inevitable development trend of open distance education in the future,also the responsibility and mission that Shaanxi Radio TV University which belongs to China＇s Open University shoulders.
