高校延长学制学生管理的困境与对策探析

The Predicament and Strategy of Managing the College Students in the Case of Extended Schooling Duration

高校延长学制学生作为高等教育大众化和学分制改革的产物,必将长期存在。面对延长学制学生数量较多、情况复杂、管理经验缺乏的管理困境,本文提出制度化管理、主体化教育和亲情化服务相结合的工作思路。

The college students in the case of extended schooling duration,resulted from popularization and credit reformation in higher education,will exist for a long time.Many problems are occurred,such as the quite amount of these students,their complicated situations and lack of experience for management.The notion,combination of system management and subjectification education and family services,is proposed to resolve these problems in this article.
