要将大学生职业素养培养落到实处,最佳的做法就是学校、学生、企业三方合作,尤其应该抓紧学生顶岗实习这个阶段,学校和企业携手,培养与提高学生敬业协作的职业道德、积极向上的工作态度和自主创新的核心能力,从而使学生具备可持续发展的职业前景。本文旨在调查研究如何才能在顶岗实习阶段更好地培养并提升商务英语专业学生的职业素养。
In order to develop students＇ professional qualities,the most effective way is that the school,the enterprises,and the students should cooperate to train the students by making full use of students＇ post practice period.Students should learn to take devotion as their professional ethics,optimistic as their attitude towards work,and independent creation as their core ability.In this way,students will obtain sustainable career.The paper aims to analyze how to culture Business English Majors＇ professional qualities during the post practice period.
