浅谈加油站网络发展中关于合同签订过程的法律风险及控制策略

Discussion on Legal Risks about Process of Signing Contract in Developing Network of Petrol Stations and Control Strategies

目前,成品油销售企业对网络发展和布局作为工作的一项重要任务来进行,在发展加油站网络,特别是在收购、租赁、参股等方面,合同的规范和合同存在的风险问题日益突出。本文试图从一家成品油销售企业法律事务的角度,对加油站网络发展中关于合同签订过程的法律风险作出分类,并提出相应的控制策略,从而为成品油网络发展的人员提供启示和策略。

At present,product oil sell enterprises＇ important task is the work of development and layout of network,and the contract specifications and contract risks have become increasingly prominent in developing network of petrol stations,especially aspects,such as acquisition,leasing,equity participation and so on.This paper attempts to classify the legal risks about process of signing contract in developing network of petrol stations,and put forward corresponding control strategies from the perspective of legal affairs of one product oil sell enterprise,so as to provide inspiration and strategies for the persons of developing network of product oil.
