急性脑卒中患者PtfV_1的变化及临床意义 被引量:2

The change and clinical significance of PtfV_1 in patients with acute stroke

摘要 目的旨在探讨急性脑卒中时心电图V1导联P波终末负电势(PtfV)1的异常变化及其临床意义,为临床治疗提供指导。方法分析390例急性脑卒中患者心电图的改变,并对脑出血组、缺血性脑卒中组PtfV1变化作出评定。结果急性脑卒中患者的心电图改变以异常PtfV1最常见,发生率为49.7%,其中脑出血组为57.1%,明显高于缺血性卒中组的44.1%。且脑卒中时异常PtfV1发生率与脑卒中的部位密切相关,可反映颅内病变所致的神经体液失衡对心脏的影响,可以指导临床治疗。结论在处理急性脑卒中时,若心电图上出现异常PtfV1,应注意心功能情况,进行心电监护。 Objective To study the changes and clinical significance of the abnormal PtfV1 in patients with acute apoplectic so as to guide clinical treatment.Methods Analysis ECG changes in patients of 390 cases with acute stroke,and assess changes of PtfV1 in patients of the cerebral hemorrhage group,ischemic stroke group.Results The most frequent electrocardiographic change in acute apoplectic aged patients was abnormal PtfV1 with an incidence of 49.7%.The incidence of abnormal PtfV1 in hemorrhagic apoplexy was 57.1%;it was obviously higher than that in ischemic apoplexy 44.1%(p0.01).And the incidence of abnormal PtfV1 of stroke closely related to the location of stroke,and may reflect neurohumoral imbalance caused by intracranial lesions to the impact of the heart and guide clinical treatment.Conclusion It is suggested that intreating acute apoplexy,if there is abnormal PtfV1,electrocardiographic monitoring should be carried out to monitor cardiac function.
