非心脏疾病入院患者的心电图分析

Analysis of electrocardiogram in patients of non-heart diseases

目的了解因非心脏疾病住院患者常规心电图检查结果,从而为患者的综合治疗提供重要的参考价值。方法对所有患者行常规心电图检查,对主要心电图异常表现进行分析。结果随年龄增大,心电图异常检出率明显升高,在异常心电图中,ST-T改变发病率最高。结论因非心脏疾病患者入院的常规心电图检查阳性率较高,建议对任何病因入院患者均应常规行心电图检查,其对患者的综合治疗具有重要指导意义及参考价值。

Objective To understand the electrocardiogram in patients of non-heart diseases,to provide reference for patients＇ comprehensive therapy.Methods Electrocardiographic examination were used in all patients.Main abnormal electrocardiogram signs was compared and analyzed.Results The positive rate rose with the age increasing.The rate of abnormal ST-T was the highest.Conclusions The positive rate of electrocardiogram in patients of non-heart diseases was higher.The patients,no matter what pathogeny,were advised to conduct an electrocardiogram examination.It takes an important role and reference value for patients＇ comprehensive therapy.
