摘要
目的测定鲜人参中二氧化硫的含量和比较水洗除硫的效果。方法采用《中国药典》2010年版一部二氧化硫残留量测定法。结果市售鲜人参残留大量的二氧化硫,水洗等方法并不能彻底清除二氧化硫。结论卫生监督部门应加大对采用此类方法加工的食品的监督力度。
Objective To determine the content of sulphur dioxide in fresh ginseng and research the effect of water washing on desulphurization from fresh ginseng.Methods Sulphur dioxide residue was analyzed by acid distilled iodine titration of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results Fresh ginseng contains lots of sulphur dioxide,and cannot be eliminated thoroughly by washing.Conclusion Health supervision departments should strengthen the supervision of such food.
