摘要 目的介绍超高效液相色谱(UPLC)的发展、理论基础、在药物代谢动力学中的应用及展望。方法总结了UPLC具有能缩短分析时间和减少溶剂消耗等诸多优势及在药物代谢动力学上的应用。结果与结论UPLC是一种柱效高、发展前景好的液相色谱技术,在药物代谢动力学领域有广泛的应用前景。 Objective To introduce foundation and development,theory and application in pharmacokinetics of ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC).Methods Summarize advantages with decrease of analysis time and solvent consumption,as well as application of UPLC in pharmacokinetics.Results and Conclusion UPLC is a liquid chromatography technology with high column efficiency and good prospect,and could be widely used in pharmacokinetics.
