摘要
目的观察皮片移植分期修复躯干巨痣的临床治疗效果,探讨治疗躯干部位巨痣的有效方式。方法对巨痣患者按照解剖学分区分期行巨痣部分切除、皮片移植术。结果所有巨痣患者移植皮片全部成活,术后随访6~13个月,瘢痕无明显增生或挛缩,皮肤色泽及弹性与创周正常皮肤较接近,效果满意。结论按照解剖学分区分期行巨痣切除、皮片移植术治疗躯干部位巨痣效果确切。
Objective To observe the effect of skin graft by stages on repairing trunk giant nevus,and to explore effective remedial ways of trunk giant nevus.Methods The giant nevus was cut off depend on the anatomic areas by stages,the wound was repaired with skin graft.Results All the skin graft survived.Follow-up visit lasted for from 6 months to 13 months,there was no scar proliferation or contracture occurred.In addition,skin color and elasticity were close to the normal skin,the results were satifying.Conclusion Cut off the trunk giant nevus depend on the anatomic areas by stages,repair the wound with skin graft,the result was pretty good.
