负压封闭引流技术治疗软组织缺损7例报告

摘要 随着交通、工业及建筑业的高速发展,高能量损伤越来越多,在造成骨折的同时,常常合并严重的软组织碾挫、缺损及骨外露,这些高能量损伤处理稍有不慎,则会造成局部坏死或感染。以前处理这些并发症,只有进行清创加换药,并进行抗生素输注预防或治疗感染,往往治疗时间长,医疗费用高,
