奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、替硝唑三联治疗胃溃疡的临床观察

Effect of tinidazole,omeprazole and clarithromycin in treatment of patients with gastric ulcer

目的探讨奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、替硝唑三联在胃溃疡治疗中的效果,为其治疗方式的选择提供依据。方法选取2009年1月至2010年12月于偃师市人民医院进行治疗的130例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(西咪替丁、阿莫西林、甲硝唑)65例和治疗组(奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、替硝唑组)65例,将两组患者的幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除率和临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组的治疗总有效率和HP根除率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在胃溃疡的治疗中,采用奥美拉唑、克拉霉素、替硝唑三联的治疗方案效果佳。

Objective To study the effect of tinidazole,omeprazole and clarithromycin in treatment of patients with gastric ulcer in order to provide evidence for selection of the treatment.Methods One hundred and thirty patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were selected as research object,they were divided into control group（cimetidine,amoxicillin and metronidazole group,n=65） and treatment group（Omeprazole,Tinidazole and Clarithromycin group,n=65）.Then the therapeutic effect and HP eradication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The efficient rate and HP eradication rate of observation group were higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Omeprazole,tinidazole and clarithromycin in treatment of patients with gastric ulcer is effective.
