穿孔处造瘘在十二指肠后壁溃疡穿孔中的应用

Therapeutic effect of duodenostomy on peraforation of retrobubar duodenal ulcer

目的探讨穿孔处置管造瘘术在十二指肠后壁溃疡穿孔中的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2003年1月至2010年6月阜阳市人民医院收治的11例十二指肠后壁溃疡穿孔患者的外科治疗资料。结果 11例患者均采用穿孔处置管造瘘术,其中5例加行空肠造瘘,6例通过穿孔处置入营养管至空肠。10例痊愈,1例死于肾功能衰竭。结论穿孔处置管造瘘术简单易行,疗效肯定,是治疗十二指肠后壁溃疡穿孔的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of duodenostomy on perforation of retrobubar duodenal ulcer.Methods We collected and retrospectively analysed the clinical datas of 11 cases of peraforation of retrobubar duodenal ulcer from January 2003 to June 2010.Results Eleven cases were treated with duodenostomy,in which 5 cases were healed by duodenostomy and jejunostomy,6 cases were given jejunal nutrition duct into jejunum through perforation of retrobubar duodenal ulcer.Ten cases were recovered,1 case died of acute renal failure.Conclusion Simple and reasonable surgical procedure is very important for perforation of retrobubar duodenal ulcer.
