内皮型一氧化氮合酶基因多态性与糖尿病视神经病变的关系研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病视神经病变与内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因第4内含子a/b多态性的关系。方法应用多聚酶链反应(PCR)方法检测正常人与2型糖尿病患者和糖尿病有视神经病变患者的eNOS基因a/b基因型,同时对上述患者的眼底及眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)等临床资料进行分析。结果糖尿病视神经病变组(DON)组a等位基因及aa+ab基因型频率显著高于正常对照组。因此eNOS基因27bpVNTR多态性与糖尿病视神经病变发生有关。结论一氧化氮参与了糖尿病视神经病变的发病。
