内翻剥脱联合透光旋切术在治疗下肢静脉曲张中的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨内翻剥脱联合透光旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张的近期疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年10月至2010年12月收治的76例下肢静脉曲张行内翻剥脱联合透光旋切术(TIPP)患者的临床资料。结果 76例患者全部治愈出院,单肢手术时间15～20 m in,术后住院7～12 d,除腹股沟切口外无其他瘢痕,临床症状均减轻或消失,原有溃疡愈合无复发,并发症易控制。结论 TIPP术效果满意、恢复快、美容微创、操作方便,适合推广。
