Combining with own work experience, this paper analysed the importance of project cost management, respectively elaborated the project cost management key points of investment decision stage, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage, construction settlement stage, pointed out that the core of project cost management was project entire process control, should pay special attention to each link, so effectively reduce the project cost.
