通过对我国公路建设项目招投标过程目前现状进行分析,阐述了产生不合法现状的原因和影响,并提出合理性建议和对策,以期从根本上保证建设工程招投标市场的健康发展。

Through the analysis on bidding process present situation of our highway construction project, this paper elaborated the causes and effects had non-legitimate present situation, and put forward some reasonable suggestions and countermeasures, so as to fundamentally ensure the healthy development of construction project bidding market.
