女青年肺癌的临床特点及外科治疗

Clinical characteristics and surgical treatment of female youth lung cancer

目的探讨女青年肺癌的临床特点与治疗。方法对30例女青年原发性肺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果女青年肺癌除呼吸道症状外,常以肺外表现为首发症状,肿瘤多见于右肺,腺癌多见,周围型多见,与主动性吸烟关系不明显;肿瘤进展快,转移早,可手术率低。结论女青年出现早期的呼吸道症状如刺激性咳嗽、胸痛、血痰或不明原因的淋巴结肿大、头痛呕吐,应警惕肺癌。争取早期正确诊断,早期根治切除肿瘤,以提高女青年肺癌的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of female youth lung cancer.Methods Thirty female youth primary lung cancers clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Except respiratory symptoms female youth lung cancer,often with extrapulmonary performance for initail symptoms.Tumors were common in the right lung,adenocarcinoma and peripheral were often seen.There was no obvious relationship with initiative smoking.Tumor progressed fast,transfered early,but surgery rate was low.Conclusion Female youth appeared early respiratory symptoms should be vigilant the lung cancer,such as irritating cough,chest pain,blood phlegmy or unexplained lymph node enlargement,headache,vomiting.For early and correct diagnosis and early radical resection,in order to improve the therapeutic effect of female youth lung cancer.
