摘要
目的观察乳腺叶状肿瘤(PT)及纤维腺瘤(FA)中CD99的表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法给10例良性叶状肿瘤和10例纤维腺瘤组织进行CD99蛋白表达检测。结果 CD99蛋白在良性叶状肿瘤间质细胞中呈高度表达,在纤维腺瘤间质细胞中呈低度表达,在良性叶状肿瘤和纤维腺瘤组织免疫组织化学染色积分数分别为8.3±2.5和2.8±1.6,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CD99可做为鉴别PT和FA的重要指标。
Objective To evaluate the pathologic significance of the expression of CD99 in phyllodes tumors and fibroadenoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect CD99 in 10 cases of phyllodes tumors and 10 cases of fibroadenoma.Results The expression of CD99 in PT was higher than that in FA.The immunoreactive scores of CD99 in PT and FA were 8.3±2.5 and 2.8±1.6,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion CD99 can be used as a valuable differential maker of PT and FA.
