Survivin在儿童复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤组织中的表达研究

Expression of Survivin in juvenile onset recurrent respiratory papilloma

目的探讨Survivin在儿童复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤(JORRP)中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV法检测23例JORRP及23例儿童声带小结中的Survivin表达情况。结果 Survivin在JORRP与儿童声带小结中的阳性表达率分别为52.1%(12/23)与8.7%(2/23),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 Survivin在JORRP中的异常高表达可能与JORRP的临床高复发率有关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin protein in juvenile onset recurrent respiratory papilloma（JORRP）.Methods Expression of Survivin was detected with PV immunohistochemical method in 23 specimens of JORRP and 23 cases of vocal cord nodules.Results The positive expression rates of Survivin protein in JORRP and vocal cord nodules were 52.1%（12/23） and 8.7%（2/23） respectively,the former was significantly higher than the latter（P0.01）.Conclusion The over expression of Survivin protein in JORRP possibly restrain the cell apoptosis,and probably play an important role in the high rate of recurrence of JORRP.
