水产品中香港海型菌检验技术建立与应用研究

Research on establishment and application of technology for detection of Laribacter hongkongensis in aquatic products

摘要 目的:研制水产品中香港海鸥型菌检验方法。方法:在水产品中添加香港海鸥型菌标准菌株菌液,按传统方法通过选择性增菌、选择性分离,对分离出典型菌落经纯化培养后进行生化鉴定。结果:采用本方法对20份模拟污染香港海鸥型菌水产品均检出香港海鸥形菌。结论:建立的水产品中香港海鸥型菌检验方法简单,稳定重现性好,检测限为100 cfu/g,达到水产品中香港海鸥形菌检测要求。 Objective:To develop method for detecting Laribacter hongkongensis in aquatic products.Methods:The aquatic products with Laribacter hongkongensis reference strain were taken as detection samples.Samples were inoculated on the selective enrichment medium and then on isolation medium,the isolated characteristic Laribacter hongkongensis colonies were confirmed by biochemical identification method.Results:All 20 aquatic products artificial contaminated with Laribacter hongkongensis showed positive results.Conclusion:The detection method for Laribacter hongkongensis established in this study is simple,stable and with good reproducibility,the detection limit is 100 cfu/g.The method can be used for the Laribacter hongkongensis detection in aquatic products.
