摘要
目的:建立直接测定血清中微量镉的石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法(GFAAS)。方法:采用氘灯背景校正,选用合适的升温程序,将血清样品直接稀释后测定。结果:在0μg/L~3μg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999。检出限为0.118μg/L Cd,变异系数为3.5%,样品加标回收率为91.6%~109.2%。结论:该法简单、准确、灵敏度高,是一种理想的测量血清中微量镉的方法。
Objective:To establish a graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) method to detect traces of cadmium(Cd) in serum.Methods:Using the stabilized-temperature-platform-furnace coupled with a D2-lamp background correction system,the furnace program for the direct determination of Cd is shown in Table 1.Diluted serum samples were measured directly.Results:This method showed a good linearity in the range of 0 μg/L~3 μg/L(r=0.9999).The detection limit was 0.118 μg/L.The relative standard deviation was 3.5% and the recovery rate was 91.6%~109.2%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It was applied in the determination of traces of Cd in serum and received satisfactory results.
