摘要
目的:探索建立以猪皮和仿真皮作为载体代替人手的离体消毒模拟现场试验方法。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌,大肠埃希菌,粘质沙雷氏菌为试验菌,参照《消毒技术规范》方法,采用消毒剂对皮肤消毒模拟现场试验方法进行试验研究。结果:离体模型中,仿真皮消毒模拟现场试验结果和皮肤消毒模拟现场试验结果的细菌杀灭对数值均大于3.0,猪皮消毒模拟现场试验结果的细菌杀灭对数值均大于2.0,离体仿真皮消毒模拟现场试验结果与人手消毒模拟现场试验的结果一致,离体猪皮消毒模拟现场试验细菌减少率相对较低,但与在体试验结果有较好的相关性。结论:离体仿真皮消毒模拟试验与在体皮肤试验结果相近,同时仿真皮之间结果重复性良好,操作简单可控,省时,对防止交叉感染有重要意义,在消毒产品的效果评估中可以替代在体皮肤模拟现场试验。
Objective:To establish a in vitro disinfection simulating test using pig skin and artificial skin instead of in vivo skin.Methods:According to "Technical Standard for Disinfection",the disinfection efficacy was conducted through in vivo test of hand disinfection simulated test using Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Serratia marcescens.Results:The killing logarithm values of in vitro artificial skin were similar to those of in vivo human skin test,larger than 3.0,the average killing logarithm values of in vitro pigskin test were greater than 2.0,smaller than those of in vivo test,but having a good correlation.Conclusion:In vitro decontamination simulating test over artificial skin has a very near result with in vivo skin test.In the meantime,the results obtained from artificial skin test have a good repeatability.In vitro decontamination test over artificial skin featured with simple,controllable and time-saving operation,having a great significance in preventing cross infection and it may substitute in vivo skin simulating test in assessing effect of sterilizing products.
