摘要
目的:利用传统的检验方法与PCR技术相结合快速检测某批样品中的军团菌。方法:将采集的样品进行处理后接种到GVPC琼脂平板上进行分离培养,然后再挑选可疑菌落转种BCYEα平板上进行纯培养,最后挑选可疑菌落同时进行生化和PCR鉴定实验。结果:检测出非嗜肺的两株军团菌属的细菌。结论:利用传统的检验方法与PCR技术相结合可以快速检测出样品中的军团菌。
Objective:To fast detect Legionella in the samples which are plucked from three hotels through combining traditional detection with PCR technology.Methods:To treat samples which are plucked and vaccinate them on GVPC agar plate,and then to select suspicious colonies and vaccinate them on BCYEα plate,at last,to identify suspicious colonies by biochemical test and PCR technology.Results:Bacteria were found in two strains of non-lungphilic Legionella.Conclusion:It is possible to identify Legionella fleetly from samples through combining traditional detection with PCR technology.
