湖州地区2010年2810例不育男性精液质量分析

Investigation on sperm quality of 2810 males infertility in Huzhou city in 2010

目的:分析2010年湖州地区2810例不育男性精液质量状况,探讨精液检查在男性不育诊断中的重要性。方法:严格按照WHO《人类精液及精子-宫颈粘液相互作用实验室检验手册》第四版技术规范,采用纯手工的方法,对2810例男性患者精液进行常规分析。结果:(1)检测指标全部正常的精液样本数286例,所占比例10.2%。精液质量有一项或多项异常者2524例,占精液检测总数的89.8%。(2)精子膜表面抗体IgG总的检测数量为1459例,异常例数为105例,阳性率为7.2%。结论:男性的精液常规检查既方便又快捷,在不孕症夫妇诊疗中非常重要,如能及早查出或排除男方不育因素,必要时配合女方治疗,有利于提高不孕症夫妇在不孕症治疗过程中的成功率。

Objective：To investigate the sperm quality of male infertility in Huzhou area,discussing the importance of the sperm examination in the diagnosis of male infertility.Methods：According to ＂WHO laboratory manual for the examination of human semen and sperm-cervicalmucus interaction＂,the 2810 sperm samples of the male infertility were analyzed through pure manual method.Results：（1） Among the 2810 males infertility,the normal semen samples number were 286 cases,accounting for 10.2%（286 /2810）.Semen quality of one or more abnormalities were 2524 cases,accounting for 89.8%（2524 /2810）.（2） The total detection number of sperm membrane surface antibodies IgG were 1459 cases,and the abnormal number were 105 cases,and the positive rate was 7.2%.Conclusion：Semen routine examination that is convenient to have quick diagnosis and treatment in infertile couples is very important.If early detection or exclusion of male infertility factors can be taken,with the woman＇s treatment when necessary,it will help to improve treatment of infertile couples in the infertility.The success rate of the process was improving.
