绵阳市2010年食品污染物监测结果分析

Analysis on contamination monitoring result of market food in Mianyang in 2010

目的:了解绵阳市食品中铅、镉、汞、铝和农药的污染现状,为制定合理有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法:从绵阳市、北川县、江油市、三台县各类超市、农贸市场采集(购买)食品样品,按食品卫生检验方法进行检测。结果:共检测食品样249份,157份合格,合格率63.05%。检测的47类食品27项中,除汞全部合格外,铅、镉、铝、农药均有样品不合格。结论:绵阳市食品中铅、铝和农药污染程度偏高,相关部门应采取针对性措施,提高食品安全性,保障人民群众健康。

Objective：To understand the polluted condition of plumbum,cadmium,mercury,aluminum and pesticide residues in vegetables and fruit in Mianyang and provide scientific basis for instituting effective schemes to prevent and control diseases.Methods：Food samples were collected or purchased from supermarket and farm product market in Mianyang,Beichuan county,Jiangyou city and Santai county,and detected by methods of food hygienic inspection.Results：249 food samples were detected,157 samples were qualified and the qualification rate was 63.05%.Mercury item was qualified in all samples,the unqualified items were plumbum,cadmium,aluminum,pesticide residues in some samples among 27 tested indexes in 47 kinds of foods.Conclusion：Some foods in Mianyang were severely contaminated by plumbum,aluminum and pesticide residues.Pertinent measures should be taken to reduce the contaminations by relevant departments for protecting the people＇s health.
