摘要
目的:了解我市现阶段8岁~10岁儿童碘营养状况。方法:根据2009年、2010年全市儿童尿碘检测结果进行统计分析。结果:2009年全市抽样检测的儿童尿碘中位数328.43μg/L;尿碘<20μg/L的样本占总样本的0%;尿碘<50μg/L的占0.9%;尿碘<100μg/L的占1.5%;2010年全市抽样检测的儿童尿碘中位数319.16μg/L;尿碘<20μg/L的样本占总样本的0%;尿碘<50μg/L的占3.8%;尿碘<100μg/L的占5.7%。结论:我市目前人群碘摄入量可以满足需求,加碘盐浓度有偏高的趋势,建议控制在(15±5μg/kg)。
Objective:To study the present iodine nutrition status of children aged 8 to 10 in Shangluo city.Methods:The detection results of children's urine iodine in 2009 and 2010 were analyzed statistically.Results:In 2009,the median of children's urine iodine in sampling test was 328.43 μg/L.Among these samples,urine iodine 20 μg/L accounted for 0%,urine iodine 50 μg/L accounted for 0.9%,urine iodine 100 μg/L accounted for1.5%.In 2010,the median of children's urine iodine in sampling test was 319.16 μg/L.Among these samples,urine iodine 20 μg/L accounted for 0%,urine iodine 50 μg/L accounted for 3.8%,urine iodine 100 μg/L accounted for 5.7%.Conclusion:Currently,iodine intake can satisfy the demand and the concentration of iodized salt is a little higher,suggested to control at(15±5 μg/kg).
