摘要
目的:对服用碳酸锂病人的血锂浓度进行监测,以提高疗效,避免中毒.探讨血锂浓度与慢性锂中毒的关系。方法:嘱患者服药后12 h,于早晨空腹抽血,使用深圳希莱恒公司生产的IMS-972电解质分析仪电极法测定血清锂浓度。对2009年1月-2009年12月结果进行回顾性分析。结果:服碳酸锂的618例患者中随机抽取120例,有28例血锂浓度小于0.3 mmol/L,77例在0.5 mmol/L~1.2 mmol/L之间,15例大于1.2 mmol/L。结论:2009年服碳酸锂患者中有64.17%(77/120)的患者达到用药浓度2,3.33%(28/120)的患者未达到有效浓度,有12.50%(15/120)的患者出现早期中毒症状,长期服用碳酸锂警惕蓄积性中毒。
Objective:To monitor the lithium level in serum of patients who has taken lithium carbonate,in order to improve curative effect and avoid poisoning.To explore the relationship between lithium level in serum and chronic lithium intoxication.Methods:Patients were asked to draw blood without breakfast after taking lithium carbonate for 12 hours.Then the lithium level was determined by electrolytic analyzer with electrode method and results from January to December in 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The lithium levels of 120 cases randomly selected from the 618 tested patients are 28 cases under 0.3 mmol/L,77 cases between 0.5 mmol/L~1.2 mmol/L and 15 cases above 1.2 mmol/L.Conclusion:The result showed that among the patients taken lithium carbonate,64.17% came to the required concentration,23.33% failed to meet the concentration and 12.50% performed early poisoning.Long time with lithium carbonate may lead to retention toxicosis.
