万州区厂矿企业职业病危害因素检测结果分析

Analysis of test results on occupational hazards in factories and mines in Wanzhou district

目的:了解万州区厂矿企业职业病危害因素的现状及危害程度,提出有效干预措施,为有关部门治理职业病危害、改善劳动条件、预防控制职业病发生、保护劳动者身体健康提供依据。方法:对该区2009年51家委托的厂矿企业进行现场职业卫生调查,按照国家现行标准和规范开展职业病危害因素监测,并对监测资料进行统计、分析。结果:万州区职业病危害程度比较严重,涉及行业主要为医药、建材、轻工、电子和化工企业,厂矿企业工作场所职业病危害因素粉尘监测合格率为65.63%,生产性化学毒物合格率为82.86%,生产性噪声合格率仅61.76%。结论:万州区厂矿企业职业病危害仍处于较高水平,以粉尘、苯、环氧乙烷、石蜡烟和噪声危害突出,应进一步加强预防控制工作,切实保护劳动者身体健康。

Objective：To understand the status and levels of occupational hazards in factories and mines in Wanzhou area,and provide effective measures and basis for relevant department to manage occupational hazards,improve working conditions,prevent the occurrence of occupational diseases and protect health of workers.Methods：Site occupational health survey was conducted in 51 entrusted enterprises in 2009.To monitor the occupational hazards in accordance with current national standards and regulations,and analyze the monitoring data.Results：The hazard level of occupational disease was serious,involving pharmaceutical industry,building materials,light industry,electronic and chemical enterprises.The monitoring pass rate of dust,productive chemical poisons and productive noise were 65.63%,82.86% and 61.76% respectively.Conclusion：The occupational hazards of factories and mines in Wanzhou were still at high level,especially the dust,benzene,ethylene oxide,paraffin wax smoke and noise,so it is important to further strengthen the prevention and control to protect the health of workers.
