连续钢桁架-桁拱组合桥节点的焊接残余应力分析 被引量:5

摘要 焊接结构的桥梁应用越来越广泛,而焊接残余应力是影响桥梁钢结构强度的关键因素之一。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,详细分析了上海嘉定蕴藻浜大桥桁架-桁拱结合节点的焊接残余应力和分布情况,并结合该节点局部应力分析的计算结果,为结构设计和钢结构加工提供一些建议。 Welding structures are extensively applied in bridge construction, but the welding stress is one of most important factors influencing the strength of bridge steel structures.In this paper, welded residual stress and its distribution in truss-arch and truss connection zone of Shanghai Jiading Yunzaobang Bridge are analyzed in detail by use of finite element software ANSYS, and some valuable advices are provided to the steel structure design and manufacture based on analytical results combined with those of local stress analysis.
