摘要
常州紫荆公园景观塔钢箱梁加工制作根据现场悬臂安装的施工工艺对钢箱梁分段长度、重量进行了优化,制定了大型弧形钢箱梁的板单元加工和组拼工艺,以及采用分段累积连续匹配进行车间总拼,为景观塔现场安装和准确合龙提供保障。
The section length and weight of the steel box grider are optimized with the process and manufacturing of the steel box grider of landscape tower in Changzhou Redbud Park according to the steel construction process of site cantilever installation. Processing and assembly process of the plate unit of the large-scaled arc steel box grider is customized, and accumulated successive matching in different sections is adopted for general assembly in workshop, which guarantees site installation and accurate shut of the landscape tower.
