摘要
中国国家博物馆改扩建工程A2区中央大厅双层钢桁架位于核心筒内部,采用常规的施工方法和顺序无法满足工期要求。经研究,采用双层钢桁架叠拼、逆装施工技术,发明了"且"式拼装支架,成功解决了A2区双层钢桁架安装问题,该方法可保证施工安全、提高施工效率,大大缩短工期、节约施工成本,取得了良好的技术经济和社会效益。
In the reconstruction and expansion project of the National Museum of China, because two-layer truss of the zone A2 megaron is in the inside of the core-tube, so, the time limit for construction can not be met if normal construction methods and construction sequence are adopted. After it is researched, overlap assembly and opposite sequence method should be adopted, and"且"type assembling support has been invented. So the problem has been solved successfully with construction safety ensured and efficiency of construction improved, and the time for construction is shortened greatly with cost of construction saved. Good technical and economic social benefits are achieved.
