青海藏区社会经济发展的障碍分析及对策

Analysis of Obstacles of Social and Economic Development's Countermeasures and Corresponding of Qinghai-Tibet Region

本文通过对青海藏区社会经济发展现状以其内外部发展障碍的分析,明确提出,内部障碍是影响青海藏区社会经济发展的根本原因。而克服内部障碍的关键是要青海藏区实现社会经济制度的转型。

Based on the present situation of social and economic development in Tibet areas in Qinghai,defines that the external obstacles of social and economic development in Tibet areas are external causes,the internal causes are the fundamental obstacles of social and economic development in Tibet areas by analyzing the external and interal obstacles of social and economic development in Tibet areas,and the key to overcome internal obstacles is achieving the transformation of social and economic sysyem.The article puts forwad countermeasures on how to achieve transformation.
