摘要
本文对桂林市城市在职"80后"青年的生活满意度进行了实证研究。研究发现:城市在职"80后"青年对生活满意度持基本肯定的态度,具体表现在,城市在职"80后"青年对工作状况、婚恋与家庭生活、休闲生活与人际关系、社会保险、社会环境等五方面感到基本满意;城市在职"80后"青年对其生活感到最满意的三个方面依次是:"家庭和睦"、"朋友关系"、"同事关系";城市在职"80后"青年对其生活感到最不满意的三个方面依次是"房价调控政策"、"社会公平状况"、"收入水平";城市在职"80后"青年对生活满意度的差异受到性别的影响,而是否独生子女、婚姻状况、学历、职业对其没有显著影响。在此基础上,笔者提出提高城市在职"80后"青年生活满意度的建议。
This thesis takes quantitative research as the core and qualitative research as the supplement,analyzing the life satisfaction of urban "After 80" employees in Guilin.The study finds that: the urban "After 80" employees basically satisfy their lives.The life satisfaction of urban "After 80" employees embodies in the working conditions,life of marriage and family,life of leisure,human relations,social insurance,as well as social environment.What the urban "After 80" employees most satisfy in their lives is harmonious family relation,friends relation and colleagues relation.However,What the urban "After 80" employees most don't satisfy in their lives is the government policy of regulation and control in property market,social justice,as well as income level.The differences of the life satisfaction of urban "After 80" employees is remarkably affected by the gender,not by whether to the only child,marital status,education and occupation.According to the current situation of urban "After 80" employees and the influence factors of life satisfaction,this paper gives some advice to raise the level of life satisfaction of urban "After 80" employees.
