小学低年级学生心目中理想教师的问卷调查

The Survey on The Ideal Teachers′ Characteristic for Junior Elementary School Student

用自编的《学生心目中的理想教师》问卷对89名小学1-2年级的学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:1.小学一、二年级的女生在"和蔼"、"认真负责"这两个项目上高于男生,在"耐心"这一项目上男生的要求高于女生;2.与后进生相比,优等生更喜欢"公平"、"贴近同学"的教师;3.教师的"认真负责"、"知识渊博"、"有方法"、"知错就改"、"幽默"等特征,更为小学低年级的学生所看重。

89 elementary school students completed a word list inventory on ideal teachers characteristics.The results showed： 1.The girls expect more on ＂ kindness ＂,＂ serious and responsible ＂,and the boys expect more on ＂patience＂;2.Students of high scholastic achievement are more fond of ＂ justice＂,＂ close to the students＂;3.Students more attach importance to ＂ serious and responsible ＂,＂informed＂,＂methodical＂,＂realize ones mistakes and correct＂,＂ humorous＂ and so on.
