摘要
利用显微组织检测、生产过程数据统计分析等手段,分析CSP工艺生产集装箱钢SPA-H的常见表面缺陷结疤、裂纹和氧化铁皮问题的产生原因,并有针对性地给出改善措施,显著降低了SPA-H钢的表面缺陷改判率。目前SPA-H钢的表面缺陷问题已经得到有效控制。
By means of microstructure test and statistical analysis causes of the surface defects of SPA-H steel produced by CSP process including rolling skin,crack and oxide scale are analyzed,then some specific improvement measures to decrease the surface defect ratio put forward.Now the surface defects of SPA-H steel have been well controlled.
