摘要
本文介绍了LabVIEW串行通信在燃料电池混合电源监控系统中的应用。监控系统通过串口接收混合电源系统采集到的系统运行参数,向混合电源系统发送控制指令,实现燃料电池混合电源硬件故障诊断、实时在线监控,以图形化的方式动态显示燃料电池混合电源系统的工作状态。简要介绍了监控系统的硬件构成,详细说明了监控软件开发流程。该监控系统效率高、功能强、界面友好、操作简单,具有良好的可移植性和可扩展性。
This paper introduces the application of serial communication based on LabVIEW for monitor system of fuel cell hybrid power.Monitor system receives hybrid power system process parameters collected by the control system and sends the control instructions to the hybrid power system through a serial port,which can implement the function of hardware diagnosis,real time monitor and dynamic display the operate state for the hybrid power system.In addition,this paper presents the hardware structure and specifies the software development flow of the monitor system.This system has several good characters such as high efficiency,formidable function,friendly interfaces,easy for using,good transplantability and good extensibility.
