摘要
在现代企业的运营中,企业并购的意义非同寻常。企业并购,作为企业发展到一定阶段、有了一定的原始积累后快速扩张的有效途径,克服了通过自身积累渐进式发展的局限性,为企业跨行业经营和跳跃式发展提供了可能。当新一轮并购浪潮席卷全球时,我国企业的并购也呈逐年增长趋势。但通过对许多企业并购的分析却看出,企业并购成少败多。究其原因是,并购后没有进行有效的整合,特别是人力资源整合。由此可见研究企业并购的人力资源整合问题意义非凡。
In the modern business operations,Mergers and Acquisitions(M A) has extraordinary significance.As an effective way of the business that developed to a certain stage,and had a certain rapid expansion of primitive accumulation,M A overcome its own limitations of the accumulation incremental development,provided the possibility of cross-sector business enterprises and salutatory development.When a new round of the acquisition swept the globe,M A of Chinese also increased year by year.But through the analysis of many cases,M A was less succeeds.The reason is that there is no effective integration,particularly the integration of human resources,after M A.so the research of human resources in M A has special significance.
