This paper introduces the process of a thin strip hot dip galvalume line exported to Vietnam to produce a hot dip coating product Galvalume and its commissioning.The core processing system of improved Sendzimir method,including the pre-treatment of strip surface,the design of NOF furnace,the hot dip processing parameter are described.Thanks to the optimization of process,the product quality was improved.
