贴附是LCD制造工艺后段的重要工位,贴附精度的高低直接决定着产品的质量,是影响LCD制造企业成品率高低的重要因素。介绍了一种新型光纤定位贴附方式,并以RBT-12柔性保护膜贴附机为例具体讲解了x、y与θ的定位方法、误差原因分析及补正的具体过程。
