摘要
空气静压电主轴将转轴与电机转子过盈联接,实现了主轴的零传动,转轴与电机转子间的过盈量是影响主轴性能的重要因素。根据力学理论对空气静压电主轴过盈联接进行了设计和校核,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS动态模拟了转轴与电机转子压装过程的接触应力,证实了该联接的可靠性。
Aerostatic motorized spindle realizes zero drive of the spindle unit by interference fit between rotor shaft and motor rotor,while the magnitude of interference between rotor shaft and motor rotor is one of the most important factors influencing the performance of the spindle unit.Interference fit for aerostatic motorized spindle is designed and checked based on mechanical theory,contact stress of the press fit process between rotor shaft and motor rotor is also simulated dynamically by ANSYS,which verifies the reliability of the interference fit.
