Establishment and Management of Modular Fixture Drawing Base Based on AutoCAD

分析了组合夹具的特点和典型结构,建立了组合夹具图形库结构图。采用ObjectARX技术开发三维组合夹具图形库,介绍了ARX的功能、建库方法及库的管理机制和应用实例。图形库包含了常用的组合夹具元件,实现了组合夹具元件图的插入、添加/删除、查询及输出等相应的功能。通过应用ObjectARX工具包二次开发建立起来的组合夹具图形库和图形库管理系统,可有效地提高夹具设计的效率和质量。

This paper analyzes the characteristic and typical structures of modular fixture,the structure drawing of modular fixture is built.Three dimensional modular fixture drawing base by ObjectARX is developed.The function of ARX,the ways to build database,the management of database and an instance for applying are introduced.The drawing base contains the fixture components,the function of insert add and delete query and output are achieved.Through the application of drawing base and drawing base management system,which was established by ObjectARX,fixture designers could easily improve the quality and efficiency of the fixture design.
