摘要
以椭圆曲面螺纹的编程与加工为例,探讨非圆曲面螺纹工件编程方法,并通过仿真软件和FANUC系统数控机床加工,验证和分析程序的可行性,解决特殊曲线轮廓和曲面螺纹加工的生产难题。
Based on the elliptic surface thread programming and processing as an example,this paper discusses non-circular curved surface of screw thread workpiece programming method.Through the simulation software and FANUC system of NC machine tool processing,validation and analysis of the feasibility of the program.To solve the special curve and curved surface of thread machining production problems.
