HPLC法测定姜汁去屑洗发水中6-姜辣素的含量

Determination of 6-gingerol in ginger anti-dandruff shampoo by HPLC

建立了高效液相法测定姜汁去屑洗发水中6-姜辣素含量的方法。结果显示,6-姜辣素在0.26滋g～1.58滋g范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系r(=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.15%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.50%。

This paper established a HPLC method for the determination of 6-gingerol in ginger anti-dandruff shampoo. The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.26 μg - 1.58 μg for 6-gingerol （r = 0.999 9 ）. The average recovery was 99.15%（ RSD = 1.50%, n = 6 ）.
