The harms of ultraviolet light on human beings and the benefit of ultraviolet light were related here. The whitening and sun block effects of several Chinese herbs were summarized. Because of being more exposed in the sun in summer, relevant sunscreen and the skin care are needed. It is indicated that whitening and sun block with Chinese herbs could not only pursue rapid speed, but also adopt in more persistent way.
