摘要
谷物原产地溯源技术体系的建立是保护地区品牌和特色产品的有效手段,也是实施谷物公平贸易和优质优价政策的有力保障。本文主要介绍了国内外利用有机成分分析、矿物元素分析、稳定性同位素分析和DNA指纹分析等方法在谷物产地溯源和鉴别方面应用的研究思路和研究进展,旨在为中国特色谷物产品的鉴别、追溯和有效监管提供技术和方法参考,推动中国谷物产品生产体系的健康发展。
It is an effective method to protect regional products and ensure fair trade by cereal traceability technique system.This overview concerns an investigation of the current analytical approaches that are being used for the determination of the geographical origin of cereals.The analytical approaches have been subdivided into four groups： organic constituents analysis,mineral contents or composition analysis,stable isotope ratios analysis and DNA finger printing analysis.And the principles of the methods and reported applications concerning geographical authenticity are discussed.The objective is to provide reference for the identification,tracing and supervision of cereal products with Chinese characteristics and promote the development of cereal production system in China.
